i'm playing softball in the spring and i want to make the team, i'm already a good athlete, like i'm fast and coordinated usually, but i'm out of shape at the moment so i was wondering if anyone had good exercises and drills i can do to help me get back in shape, but also that are good for softball training?

I am not answering for the sake of doing it, because I'm not a moron. You said you are fast and coordinated. You didn't say you run. One of the best ways to get into shape for sports is RUNNING. Period.
