I'm not exactly sure what you're question is, whether you're asking how to post a picture, or a caption. But I'll answer both.
How to post a picture:
If you have a digital camera,
just load the picture on the computer,
resize it using IrfanView,
and go to Add/Edit photos at your home profile page, and post :]
How to post a caption:
Go to Add/Edit photos,
and click 'Add Caption'.
Then it will redirect you to another page,
and on the bottom,
type your caption, and click 'Submit'.
Then, for confirmation, click 'Post Caption'.
