There's this guy i like

I like this guy at school but the problem is he's black and my granny is really prejudiced and he asked me out and i said yes so we are going out but my entire family wants me to break up with him just becouse of the color of his skin what should i do?

Stand up for yourself! Who cares what your raciest family thinks? They cant do anything about it, tell them you're the only decent one in the family that isnt prejudice against black people!

Ps- I really admire the fact that you dont care about the the colour of his skin.

Honestly, they can't stop you. Who gives a fuck what your racist granny says.

Introduce him to them or something and show them that he's educated and polite. Which I really hope he is.

If worst comes to worst, say you're meeting a friend at the movies and meet him there instead.

This whole racist thing gets me very angry. If you really like him, DON'T BREAK UP WITH HIM! They do not have the right to make you break up with him due to the color of his skin! That's just not fair! He can't help it! If they do not approve, too bad. This is your life, your relationship, your boyfriend, and your decision. They just influence you and guide you through, but it sounds to me like their opinions of the situation are just not fair. Hope I helped.
