Question Posted Sunday January 21 2007, 5:21 pm

Well I've been waking up hungry lately,
and I normally dont, so does that mean my metabolism is working faster?

Is there anyway to increase it?

Im not sure there is any way to increase it, but I do know that if you are waking up hungry, you probably didnt eat well the day before. When i say well i mean like healthy and filling, not just food with empty carbs.
