We started going steady this year and it is working out very well... and we love each other VERY MUCH! But we are only in the 7th grade and we are only 13 and i dont know if we will be able to last for a long time..

In the seventh grade I got caught up
in the feeling of "love." Or so we thought.
Love to us, was actually a huge crush.
I'm not going to say love doesn't exist
in seventh grade, because in some cases it can.
I'm just saying most kids mistake crushes
and lust just for love. So keep that in mind.
In the words of Lauren Conrad: "Love isn't
a maybe thing."
If you're having doubts about how long
you two will last or how strong your 'love'
is, then most likley you haven't quite reached
the full love stage. You're just on your way.
You two have to trust each other,
be willing to compromise for each other's
futures, and be willing to meet each other's
emotional needs. This is difficult in a
young age.

As long as you both put forth the same amount of effort and keep your communication going, you have a great chance. Best of luck! [ reallyconfused4's advice column | Ask reallyconfused4 A Question ]
