Where can I buy a tutu-like skirt?

I don't have any idea where to look.

If there isn't any, then where can I find a tutorial for making one? [I know you use tulle fabric stuff]

hey, well i would go to a dance store. like on your toes. i dont know if you have that where you live but i know they sell tutus.
