Burning tummy fat

Question Posted Saturday January 20 2007, 10:40 am

Hey well I'm really skinney but I've been snacking a lot this year and now, "I have a stomache". of course eevryone does but like you get what I mean like I have a flat one? Well now I have like a belly sticking out and I don't know what to do. I tried doing sit ups and crunches but like I can't because I can't bend up somehow. Are there other ways or maybe I need a specific working area? Because I wear nice tight dresses for parties I attend to and I don't want a fat belly to stick out

Do a combination of running, sit ups, and eating healty..try and stay off the junk food lol

but if you don't burn the fat in time to wear a dress there are like undergarmens that you can wear that will help flatten and make your whole middle look alot flatter.

When you're snacking, keep your portions under control. Also, eat healthy alternatives like fruits, vegetables, etc.

You cannot lose weight on just one part of your body. Start excercising several times a week- running, walking, etc.

Doing crunches is a LOT easier if you get a yoga/pilates mat. The thicker, the better. It makes the floor softer. also, I like the Ab Lounge. They're about $80-100 i think. But they're worth the money (at least in my opinion) if you absolutely cannot do crunches on the floor.

good luck!
