my tummy is like, toned at the top under my boobs and when i flex its like big muscle but the lower part is just there. when i work out i feel like im only working the top of my abs. and at the bottem under my belly botton theres a whole flap of fat but everyone always says it for babys & when your pregnant (though mine is still pretty big). how can i do work outs and work my whole stomach?

hey, well when you do crunches it usually works the top of your stomach muscles before the bottom. toneing the bottom part is hard to do. just keep doing what your doing for excerise and eat right. go to the grocery store in the freezer section. get this diet food called "weight watchers". they have good meals that dont taste bad like regular diet foods. they even offer desserts in there food line.
