Ok didn't know what to put this in Ok so i love to fight, i love the excitement and when i fight i get intense, i get into this zone where i dont really care what happens to me I just want to hurt the other person, infact i start to enjoy the pain , so when i play hockey i can't transfer that intensity into my game, i have trouble getting syced to hit people and to get really pumped is there anyway to get that intensity, that adreniline into my game?

How do you get into this zone outside of hockey? Use that as a visualization technique while you play. It may help if you don't fight outside of hockey. Build up that aggression and save it for the rink. It just might improve your game. ]
