Its a very thin pad that goes in your underwear. Its just for spotting for the first day of your period or when you predict you'll get it so you wont leak. Or after when theres still random leaks. You cant feel them.

A panty liner is sorta like a pad, just smaller & thinner. Girls usually wear one when they're expecting their period... or on the last day of the period when their flow isn't very heavy.
