If you can find the Windsor Pilates series on DVD at Best Buy, it would probably be a good choice. Pilates will give you a good core workout, but it's not good for endurance. It's more like yoga in the sense that most of the exercises are stretching-type or flexibility exercises. The other ones are mostly like weights.
