This is going to sound totally ridiculous, but get some long underwear. It's basically like a really thin sweat suit that sticks to your body that you wear under your clothes. I know it sounds dorky, but it can really retain heat and keep you warm. And you can wear it under your clothes, so nobody will see.

It might be poor circulation or low blood pressure. I have the same problem. First, dont go outside if your hair is wet cause it keeps me cold all day. What I do for school is I still wear my favorite clothes but put an extra long or short sleeve shirt underneath that has a cool matching color. then if its short sleeve just roll both sleeves up to show the two different colors. also you could use those little instant heat packs at school wear you just break it in and it warms up really fast. you could put it on your hands if your teachers dont mind.
Hope all that helped!! Ace

Sabine answered Thursday January 18 2007, 6:17 pm:
Hey. Do your fingers and toes also turn different colors. Do your fingers start to hurt in the cold? You may have something called Reynaud's phenomenon.

Otherwise, you may have a circulation problem or possibly a thryoid or metabolism problem. You're also going to be cold if you're underweight. There are ways to help all of these things. There is medication you can take to improve circulation to your extremities. If it's not a medical issue and you're simply more sensitive to cold, all you can really do is wear layers and keep handwarmers (find them in the camping section of your Target/WalMart store) in your pockets.

Good luck. I'm a fellow icicle.

it could be from poor circulation or a thyroid problem...thats what it was with me anyway, my hands and feet esp. were always freezing.
