wherever i am i'm always cold!!! its mostly my hands that are cold. so my question is how can i get warm without having to overdress, and wear gloves inside????
acetrace92 answered Thursday January 18 2007, 9:34 pm: It might be poor circulation or low blood pressure. I have the same problem. First, dont go outside if your hair is wet cause it keeps me cold all day. What I do for school is I still wear my favorite clothes but put an extra long or short sleeve shirt underneath that has a cool matching color. then if its short sleeve just roll both sleeves up to show the two different colors. also you could use those little instant heat packs at school wear you just break it in and it warms up really fast. you could put it on your hands if your teachers dont mind.
Hope all that helped!! Ace [ acetrace92's advice column | Ask acetrace92 A Question ]

wear i nice hoody or somthing nice and warm with pockets that you can just slide your hands into it's casual and not overdressing.
Sabine answered Thursday January 18 2007, 6:17 pm: Hey. Do your fingers and toes also turn different colors. Do your fingers start to hurt in the cold? You may have something called Reynaud's phenomenon.
Otherwise, you may have a circulation problem or possibly a thryoid or metabolism problem. You're also going to be cold if you're underweight. There are ways to help all of these things. There is medication you can take to improve circulation to your extremities. If it's not a medical issue and you're simply more sensitive to cold, all you can really do is wear layers and keep handwarmers (find them in the camping section of your Target/WalMart store) in your pockets.
