i had another advicenators account about a year ago, and i was a level 1 moderator. how do i become one again on my new account? i forgot the process

As long as you fit the qualification stated in the Moderator FAQ, then you can become a level 1 moderator. :)

Go to FAQ's in Miscellaneous at the left of the page, scroll down to "About moderaters", click "How do I become a level I moderatoer?" then the link.
Keep in mind that you have to meet certain requirments.
