ok well i have been noticing that alot of people have a small (TM) next to there name and i was wondering if anyone knows the code for it to put it on myspace.

There, just copy that and paste it.
If it doesn't work, open Word.
Click Insert>Symbols>Special Characters. Find it and insert it on to the page and then copy and paste it.

Put your cursor in a text box and then hold down alt and type 0153 ON YOUR NUMBER PAD, on the right side of the keyboard. The HTML entity is ™ (&trade with semicolon)

the easiest thing to do is to just copy it from their name and then paste it next to your display name. it worked for me. :]
