Well I am around your age and Dreamgirls to me was completely BORING!! I liked some parts like the "dreamgirls" song but then me and my friend started getting really annoyed with all the singing. Happyfeet I think is more for little kids, but it depends on what your taste in movies are. Epic movie I haven't seen but my friends have and they think it's really funny.
I highly suggest Freedom writers though, it has alot of shooting at the beginning but it isn't really graphic but towards the middle and end it's GREAT! But judging by the other movies you considered it my not be something you would like.

I'm not sure if your mom, or friend's mom, will allow PG-13 movies. I guess it all depends on the particular parents' restrictions. Here are some movies out in theatres, sorted by rating:

PG
Happy Feet
Eragon
Rocky Balboa
We are Marshall
Night at the Museum
Happily N'ever After
Arthur and the Inivisbles

PG-13
Dream Girls
Stomp the Yard
Freedom Writers
The Pursuit of Happiness
The Holiday

I really want to see The Pursuit of Happiness and The Holiday, but it's all up to your personal prefrence. Check out www.fandango.com and you can read summaries on all the movies. Good luck & Have fun!

Dreamgirls, it's very girly but has an actual plot line. It does get boring at times though.

There are not many girlie movies out right now. However, as an adult woman, I can say I really enjoyed Happy Feet and Charlotte's Web lately. Yes, I know they are geared toward kids. But I really liked them. Dreamgirls looks alright, but I think you would have to be at least a little interested in the time period (early 60's), as well as into musicals. I am looking forward to seeing Epic Movie, but don't really care if I see it in theaters. Other than those, I don't see much listed that would be interesting for a 13 year old girl's party.
If you want to find out more about what is playing, imdb.com is a great resource.
