SOCCER IN NEW JERSEY
where are the best places to play soccer when you're age 13? I'm in new jersey... to be more specific, in hillsborough, which is like 45 minutes away from princton university. thankyou!! I've only played 3 seasons, and i love the sport and wanna do more. also, what are ways to convince my parents to let me play in travel soccer? is it true that its better than rec? because it seems more fun to be in travel since you get to go to more places and.. it just sounds better, lol. or is travel really expensive or something? thanks for helping!!

travel soccer isnt necessarily more "fun" than rec. i guess some could consider it to be, but its often alot more competitive than rec soccer. they usually have more practices and im pretty sure you have to try out for travel teams [[at least around here you do]]. yeah its fun to travel but thats a big responsibility too because usually it requires you to be gone for a whole weekend so you gotta be ready to keep up in school. and with travel soccer comes more tournaments.
