The losing weight thing, i weigh 112LBS!!! but if you want to tone up your legs running is good. You dont have to run a long distance either. A short 10 minute run everday will help. Use moisturizer on your skin. Any kind that says it has milk in it is and extra help. If you want to even attempt the slips sit with your legs v shaped and and stetch them as far as you can without being in pain. Try a little more each day. Exercising will help you lose weight but not just running. Sit ups and stuff help too.
You should eat baked food instead of fried, more seafood like fish and shrimp. And try eating a healthy fruit breakfast. Drink water!! It not only hydrates it fills you up. It can take the place of something your eating. AND if you do decide to run, take along some gatorade. It gives your body back the salt your sweating away.
