can't concentrate i honestly can't concentrate, and it's starting to worry me a lot. like, i have midterms tommorrow and I'm trying to study, but it's like I try to read information and I'm not understanding it, and then why I try to understand it, it's really weird, it's like as if like my brain is telling me that it's too much work for it to make sense of what it's saying. i don't know if i'm lazy, but I don't think so, because i WANT to study. i WANT to learn this, it's not like I want to put it off. Sometimes I start daydreaming, but that doesn't seem to be my biggest issue. it's just the concentrating
any advice you can give me? please (:

it seems to me that you have a.d.d. or a.d.h.d., which can be treated if you get help. i have adhd and i went to my doctor and now im on medication that helps with concentrating and everything. just tell your parents and get an appiontment. hope this helps! ]
When you study, cut it up into 20minute intervals. You brain can store up to 20min of what you study and then after that it'll just go in an out. So study for 20min, take a 5min break, 20min, 5 min break, etc.
Make sure you're studying it in the way that is most effective for you. Like if you're a visual learner, read. Audio--read it out loud. If you have to do something, write it out. Or all of them at once.
Also during the 5min breaks, stretch and rest your eyes or listen to one song. ]
