Is being all over someone and hooking up with someone the same thing or different?

Well, it could be the same thing, or it could be different; it all depends on how you view it and how you want to put it.

To me, being all over someone is maybe like, clinging yourself to them and flirting heavily and just like, not giving them their space, basically and are, as the terms but, all over them. Maybe grabbing and such too, because whenever two people are all over eachother they're making out and grabbing eachother and everything, so like I said, there's different ways to view it.

Hooking up ( to me ) is like, making out, or more than that & sex. To some, hooking up could be jsut a heavy make out session where you grab eachother.

So it really depends on how you view it, and what you think it is.

Um, wrong category but whatever.

Being all over someone could be that they're literally all over someone (touching body parts) or it could also mean that they're like head over heels for that someone.

Hooking up is like gettting together like becoming a couple I guess.
