this did not happen to me but im just curious. if someone like fingers you or something against your will [say if youre drunk or even if youre not] is it still considered rape?

that's considered sexual assult or molestation. it wouldn't be considered rape, rape is sexual intercorse against ones will. hope this helps.

I searched it online and rape is considered forced sexual intercorse. since you didnt really have sex with the person, i would say it is sexual assult or sexual abuse.
