13f ok so i want to lose weight but i cant get focused and i have no time to exercise i really really want to lose weight and be heathier but the fact that i have no time is the problem and i dont have the right equiptment and stuff i asked my mom about this gym near our house but you have to be a certain age even if your parent or gurdian is there what can i do to lose weight i want to be skinnier before i go into high school i dont wanna get teased anymore either it's ruining my life and i cant take it anymore pretty much everyone at my school even my friends make fun of me for it and they make me hate myself for it PLEASE HELP ME

But I never ate anything I REALLY wanted, because I was trying to be full, you know what I mean. So divide your food like this:
Veggies: you can eat as much as you want, they won't hurt
Meat: protein is needed, but chicken and stuff is lower fat than beef. Hamburgers are not the best idea.
Starches: Pasta and things like that need to be limited: 1 cup is a serving. Potatoes are really good because they fill you up faster, and they're pretty good for you.
Condiments: stuff like salad dressing, jelly, peanut butter ect. are usually packed full of calories. try only to use 2 tablespoons at the most.
Sweet Stuff: Don't completely rule it out, because it'll just make you want to cheat later. Add a hershey's kiss to your lunch. Eat nacho's and cheese(this is actually a really good snack, Tostidos and salsa too.) if you want, but limit yourself.

Tinkerbell94 answered Saturday January 13 2007, 7:44 pm: I know how you feel when people around you pressure you to do stuff b/c you feel wrong. so 1st of all, egnore them. Love yourself for who you are. Next, don't loose weight b/c of friends and others, but b/c you what to feel good. When you give into peer preasure, you'll get into depression b/c nobody is perfect. People would find something ugly in you N-E ways. You should also try to find new friends since they are making fun of you, or laugh along with them. I have a friend that does the same. In a matter a fact he makes fun of him self at times, but at least he's happy.
Just Remember: Don't give into peer preasure, and if you don't feel comfortable with the people around you try to find new friends to support you. ALSO, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF TO DEATH B/C THAT WOULD ONLY MAKE MATTERS WORSE. Try to do sit-up or crunches while watching t.v or listening to the radio. Or run around your neighborhood, but have a buddy w/ you.
crissx33 answered Saturday January 13 2007, 7:43 pm: ok first of all. you dont necessarily have to excersise alot. but it will help. just make sure that you dont get to the point where you starve yourself. just eat a halthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. try to avoid those fatty snacks in between. and try not to eat soo much fatty or fried foods. if you do need a snack because your hungry make sure its low in fat or has no fat. jsut eat healthy. then on your spare time instead of sittin on your butt at the computer get up and walk, jog, do sit ups, pushups, etc.
