Losing Weight and Modivation

My name is Alicia. I weight 190 pounds. I want to weigh 130 by Prom in April. Can you give me some advice on how I can lose that much weight? I'm desperate. My msn is chrislilsis07@hotmail.com

hmm 60 pounds in 4 months....i sont know if that possible without damaging your health.

but ill recomend (sp?) about 1200-1500 calories a day
and doing some kind of cardio for about
1 1/2- 2 hrs like running, swiming laps, dancing etc.
i think swimming would be the best cause it burns fat AND tones muscle all over your body.
plus you dont feel like your sweating.
