I think I might have an std
So I go to a hookah bar everyfriday night, but last friday i went and like two days later i got this like, kind of like a cold sore on the side of my mouth like a little off the corner of my mouth. And I was wondering like what is it? Does it have to do with the hookah? like could somebody have had an std and givin it to me by the hookah head?

umm.. i think that it could very well just be a cold sore but it may also be an std. just go to your soctor and have it checked out. like one person said a cold sore is a form of herpes. and thats what you might have. it might also be mono or a different disease that you get from kissing. Im not sure but i think that you should go to ur doctor and get it checked out.

Yes, a cold sore is a form of herpes. Not the kind you are thinking of, however. A cold sore isn't the kind that you have forever. Once it heals it should be gone permanently.
It is highly possible that it came from the hookah lead if somebody had one.

Then go to a pharmacy like at Wal mart or Walgreen's and get one of these treatments you think will be best for you. Even a local hometown pharmacy may have one of these items.

It could very well be a cold sore. But to be on the safe side i think you should go to the doctor it will only get worse if you leave it untreated. It could be from the hookah but you never know. Your best bet would be to go to the doctor.
