The person below me mentioned ways to tell... when they are high. after they smoke and the high wears off, there's really no way to tell besides grades dropping for some or just delayed reactions. <3

i just did a project about this !
haha there eyes will be red and pupils dilated.
they're really loose and lovey towards people.
and there reaction times are alot slower. and my friends tend to blink alot.
and they scream, a lot.

You act high, do stupid things. Seem to be care free.
