jealousyxo answered Tuesday January 9 2007, 5:01 pm: well i got the responses from www.songmeanings.com on what the songs mean:
LONDON BRIDGE:Okay I'm pretty sure about this and I've discussed this with a couple of people....warning in advance this might get a lil graphic.
Aztechya had it half right.
The song is about a guy who is enamored by her and wants her so badly that everytime he gets around her all he wants to do it go down and perform oral sex on her.
When you think about it the song is both catchy, smart, and pretty dirty all at once.
Here's why I think it:
Firstly, the entire song she is dominant. Explaining how cool she is, how cool her crew is, etc. The oral sex fits that. She doesn't go down people go down on her.
case in point:
When I come to the club step aside
Pop the seats don't be havin' me a line
VIP cause you know i gotta shine
I'm Fergie Ferg and me love you long time
Besides her line that "her lips make you wanna have a taste" which can be both the upstairs and downstairs lips there's the main chorus of the song:
How come everytime you come around
My London London Bridge wanna go down
Like
Londy-londy-londy wanna go down like
Londy-londy-londy we goin' down like
Axtechya was right that the "London Bridge" is a slang term for either the gooch (taint, a.b.c., whatever) or the area on a pair of panties that covers said area. So everytime this guy gets near that area he wants to go down like...
Now do this. Just say the London part over and over out loud and conciously think of the motion your tounge moves. The back and forth motion and flicks from the tip of the tounge touching the back of your teeth mimics the same motion when you perform oral sex.
Just a theory.
CANDY SHOP- well this is my theory i didnt get this one from songmeanings.com.Its no denying that this song is all about sex.I think its oral sex because 50 cent says "ill let you like the lollipop" meaning his penis "come on girl dont you stop keep going till you hit that spot whoa" then the guy performs oral sex on the girl. Its all about sexual desire towards one another.I dont like that song and i think its so degrading.

Then you'll get the idea. You'll REALLY get it, especially if you have a 'sick mind'. Now, on the other hand, Fergie's "London Bridge", I can't really speak for her there. But, the whole picture is sexual. [ xcheerbabex108's advice column | Ask xcheerbabex108 A Question ]
