i'm so addicted to facebook. i get on for hours on end and don't get off even if i'm not talking with anyone. any tips on how to curve my addiction?? haha..

Its okay because I have free time on the weekends and stuff, but the only way youre going to break the "online addiction" is to get off the computer! Seriously, being on the computer and trying not to go on just facebook is wayyyy too tempting. Also, dont try to quit cold turkey. Its kind of like dieting - if you dont let yourself have a LITTLE junk food once in awhile, you'll go crazy and end up binging on everything in your kitchen. Allow yourself 30 minutes a day on facebook. Also, you cant do this by yourself. You need to ask your parents to enforce a rule of no computer for longer than 30 minutes a day! but seriously, stay AWAY from the cpu at all costs. If you have hw, use the school cpu or go to the library.
