i really like this cute guy in my gym class. hes really quiet and shy. my friend has 2 classes with me and she says hes really quiet and doesnt have friends. i want to talk to him and make him notice me. what can i say or do without looking desperate or stupid please help.

Maybe give some free advice about: Love Life? 0NEL0VEEx answered Sunday January 7 2007, 9:02 pm: just say anything that you would say to anyone else to get a conversation going =] comment on what he's wearing, what he carries with him, what classes he has, or if you've seen him somewhere outside of school, say "i saw you at *where ever* and i was going to say hi, but i didn't want to look dumb" or say anything at all to get him talking =] but since you said he's really quiet, don't be too loud when talking.. by loud i don't just mean volume.. i mean don't be too overbearing, obnoxious or abbrasive. be very subtle and quiet-like. make him feel comfortable talking to you by keeping a very gentle sounding voice so he's not intimidated in any way since you did say that he's quiet. i just answered 2 questions very similar to this one, so my past two answers on my advice column will probably help you out some =] just remember what i said about the voice tone thing, and good luck! ♥ [ 0NEL0VEEx's advice column | Ask 0NEL0VEEx A Question ]
