Gross stomach alert!!

i have a gross stomach that has so much fat i hate it. what exercises can i do? how many times a week? and what foods can i eat that will help my body lose weight?

hey, well you could join a gym. i found that if you exercise with a friend you get more done because you set your goal higer for yourself because you dont want to seem weak.

I am a male studying medicine. one night i couldn't get to sleep so i turned it to tv guide channel and there was this "windsor pilates" commercial, curves for women could help you my mom, grandma and aunts go there...

do sit ups, crunches or w.e you wanna call them. eat healthier foods. stay away from fast foods also. and eat the normal 3 meals a day try not to eat so much in between, and if u do get cravings eat something healthy.
