WHY??

Question Posted Sunday January 7 2007, 1:19 am

why did they cancel shows like hamtaro (on Cartoonnetwork), just for kicks (on Nick), and Made (on MTV)? I liked all three, and I dont get why they cancelled them... if they still show it... well thats weird, cuz I havent seen them in the TV guide thingy recently. except for made, but they havent made (no pun intended) new episodes.

Because it's no longer popular and it's not getting enough views. They want these new shows to take over.

It sucks because I liked all these shows then they replace them with lame ones!

I miss watching hamtaro but I guess that's what they have On Demand and Movie rentals for?

Well, it could be because they weren't making enough money, it was getting dull, they ouldn't recruit enough people, it wasn't popular enough to compete with all the new shows.

Why don't you write to the TV channel staff? They're the ones who cancelled the shows.

Keep in mind that even if you like a show, it doesn't mean that it's popular. Things like deals with the producers of the shows, sponsors, and comments from viewers can also affect whether a show is continued or not.
