I use to have my Front Hand-Spring and back walk-over but i cant do my back walk-over any more and i cant land my front handspring. Now i can only do them on a trampoline. How can i be able to do them again. also anytips on getting my back hand-spring and back flip ( i can do those on a trampoline too ) Thanks =)

in previous years i was in competition for gymnastics and had the same problem. for landing your front hand spring just sretch your arm muscles a lot. try making a couple attempts to up beat music and make sure to push off your hands with all your power. also with landing your back walk overs try doing a couple of back bends in a row and get back to posistion without comin back down, after that put your right foot ((or left)) in front of the other and gently fall back into backbend....you should be abe to kick over if you have had the expirence.
