ok well i'm really really thin.. i've always been this way! my legs and arms and very bony and small. i want to 'beef up' a little bit lol.. i eat allll the time! i just don't know where it all goes! idk if i have a digestion problem or what, but before i look into that, is there anything i can do to maybe, put some meat on my bones? thanks a lot =]

ps. i'm 15 & a girl.. i'll be 16 in about 4 weeks though ♥

Hit those weights and don't be afraid to use ones that feel a bit heavy (not Arnold heavy lol)

Weight train and just keep on eating is all I really can tell you. You're young and have plenty of time to worry about this and make the changes...it takes lots of time- I won't lie- but that's the name of the game patience and persistence.
