Most tongue piercings are a little crooked. It helps the barbell to lay properly when the mouth is closed. A perfectly straight tongue piercing can be very uncomfortable for some people, and can even stretch the hole when the mouth is closed and the barbell is forced to lay sideways.

Don't feel bad about recommending him. If it's the only one he ever pierced crooked, then it's probably his best one yet.

Tell her if she's not happy with it, go to your friend "brad" show it to him, pull it out now before, its there for a while let it "heal" and start all over...but make brad eat the cost...you cant fix a tongue piercing...unless the hole is closed...plus there all sorts of veins in your tongue, if you accidentally puncture one your screwed..............

No, she can't fix it herself unless she wants to poke another hole in her tongue on her own. Which I definitly don't reccomend! I don't reccomend her getting it re-pierced either. Too much damage to the tongue! No piercings are perfect though. I'm sure it isn't noticably crooked, but if it is she can always take it out, wait for it to heal, and get it re-pierced.

I have my tongue pierced and it's a little crooked too. No piercing is exactly straight. But, it should be a little straighter when it heals and the swelling goes down. Hope I helped!
