hey guys
im usually in good moods whenever i talk to my friends, but sometimes i get really depressed and i have low self esteem, im not bi polar, i went to the doctor, but i was wondering if you know any good tips on boosting self esteem it would really help.

Maybe give some free advice about: Mental health? sammyrachel answered Friday January 5 2007, 3:03 pm: Well one day you should write a whole list of good things about yourself and a list of the bad.... then try to fix the bad and see if you feel better about yourself.....you could also do fun things like go to the mall or something.... stay away from depressing things......ask your friends what they like about you then take that to heart and don't think of the bad things about yourself..
