I like snacking on vanilla yogurt covered raisins through out the day (instead of junk food). My question is, are they really anymore healthy than a chocolate bar or something along those lines?
KatieCakes answered Thursday January 4 2007, 5:48 pm: they are healthy-er that chocolate there not as healthy as fruit/veg ect but they are not as bad as crisps etc keep going with the raisins it will keep your hunger levels down while not making u put on fat
Boy4gd answered Thursday January 4 2007, 4:33 pm: it depends 1 pot is probly ALOT more healthy then a chocolat bar but if your eating lyk 5 a day it wud be better if you have a cocolat bar but it ralley depends on the proportions & the typ of brands but by the way it sounds you seem 2 be eating prettey healthy sop i wouldn't be worried [ Boy4gd's advice column | Ask Boy4gd A Question ]
EasyPeasy answered Thursday January 4 2007, 4:05 pm: It probably would depend on the brand you are buying. They are a bit healthier yes, but most are loaded with sugar to boost the flavor. So I wouldn't recommend you eat too many of 'em.
Check out the organic food or health food section of your grocery store, or specific organic and health food stores, for yogurt covered raisins that have less sugar. [ EasyPeasy's advice column | Ask EasyPeasy A Question ]
