weight. ok so i wanna loose like 10-20 pounds. i know alot of people ask about this but i really wanna no how to do it fast because it bugs me alotttt. i wanna do it in a healthy way tho. and i know the key is to excersise and eat right. but i do both of those most of the time and i havent lost anything, i might have even gained a couple pounds. have any ideas?

Well for me I always did work out tapes like Billy Blanks.
He's really good and you see results right away in about a week or 2.
But you also have to eat right along with doing those exercises.
But just do some exercise tapes along with stretches first.

hey, well stay doing what your doing now. you sound like your eating heathly which is a good thing. also if your self consious(sp?) about your weight and your body then wear clothes that flatter you, not what the latest trend is. you can always join a gym for extra help is losing weight =]. ]
