ok so i wanna loose like 10-20 pounds. i know alot of people ask about this but i really wanna no how to do it fast because it bugs me alotttt. i wanna do it in a healthy way tho. and i know the key is to excersise and eat right. but i do both of those most of the time and i havent lost anything, i might have even gained a couple pounds. have any ideas?
