after i got my braces off i had little white spots on my teeth, there not too bad, but i wanted to know if there was a way to get rid of them or something?

you can go to a professional place to get them whitened.. i know someone who went to a special doctor in new york just to get it done.. thats all i really know so sorry if i wasn't much help, but i know that it can be done! it's probably somewhat costly though.. so if it's only a few white spots, then you can just go to the store and get some teeth whitening products like those whitening strips and they'll probably fade overtime. =] ♥

Get a teeth bleaching kit and it should help a little.

Brush, brush a lot.

I had braces for almost 4 years and the spots took a while to get rid of.
