does your camera have a button that looks like a little lightning bolt? push it, a menu should come up, and you can select off. if its older, and have a dial with many icons on the top, turn to the one with the crossed out lightning bolt. failing that, just cover the flash bulb with your finger, or tape. failing that, why dont you read the instructions? failing that, add the camera model in additional info.

it depends on your camera.. some have a menu for it but mine has a button by the screen.. so you click on the thunder bolt looking one and just click til it says "no flash" or "flash off"
