how many carbs does it take to get you fat per day
and how much fat does it take to make you fat per day
and how do you gain wieght without getting fat
and wat do you have to eat to make the belly fat go away without starving and dieting and eating the food you want
Once you have your total then you take 40% of it (the max calories from carbs) and divide by 4 (the calories in one gram of carb). That gives you the max total grams of carbs per day. For fat you take 20% and divide by 9 (the calories in one gram of fat).
3. To gain healthy weight you need to do resistance training. The best and most efficient way is to go to the gym and do weights. 45mins to one hour 3 times a week is all it takes.
4. There is really no way to lose belly fat specifically. Fat loss cannot be targetted at all. So, it follows that the only way to lose that fat is to lose weight overall. To do that you need to eat healthy and eat less than you burn. While starvation is never a good option, one might have to stop eating the foods one wants depending on what these are. No magic formula here, just healthy living.
jediforhire answered Tuesday January 2 2007, 10:56 pm: ok ok, first off, dont think that there are solutions as easy as "just eat this" to get rid of fat, and its not the amount of carbs and fat that make you fat, its how much you use.
basically, there are 4 calories per gram of carbs, 4 per gram of protiens, and 9 per gram of fats. the calories from these foods is used to make energy for your body, and what doesnt get used is generally stored as fat on your body.
for example, i need to eat closer to 3,000 calories per day when im playing an intense sport, or working out alot, and if i ate that much calories when i was just vegging, then the unused calories would be stored as fat.
as to your questioon of gaining weight without fat, muscle weight to mass is alot more than fat, in other words, i pound of fat takes up more space than one pound of muscle. so to gain weight and not fat, work out 3 times a week and i would consultt your school nurse or personal fitness teacher (i assume your in school).
to make fat go away, you need to burn more calories than you take in, which draws from your fat reserves.
again, consult someone face to face for a more presice workout plan.
remember, there is NO miracle solution, and you have to work at it consistently to get results, and get them you will.
hope i helped

A normal teenage girl needs to consume 2200 calories a day and a teenage guy 2800..i think the guy's is wrong but anyways. All you need to do is look in the nutritions fact side.
Sodium makes you gain fat along with foods that are junk food, mayo, butter, peanut butter, etc. but you know that. Avoid those foods and soda (even if its diet) and drink plenty of water, eat veggies every meal and you should be fine. Also school lunches are filled with carbs so if you can, pack your own lunch with healthy items such as carrots and dip, apples, etc. You should try to fit in at least 30min-60min of excersie 3 times a week..I know, life is just too busy...get up early in the morning + go for a breif walk or in the evening [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]
