Signs a guy likes you:
He flirts with you.
He asks you questions.
He makes eye contact with you.
He doesnt talk about other girls with you.
He teases you.
He seems to "accidently" bump into you everywhere.
He seems genuinely interested in what you have to say when you talk to him.
He makes conversation with you (person, AIM, anything.)
He compliments you.
He smiles a lot.
Physical contact.
Signs he doesnt:
He doesnt try to talk to you.
He makes brief conversation.
He doesnt make eye contact.
He talks to you about how hot other girls are.
He asks you advice about how to get ___ and names a girl.
He treats you as more of a friend or one of the guys.
He teases you TOO much (aka he is mean. youll know the difference.)

is if he tickles you, or pokes you alot

or be a total jerk so that you chose not to hang wit him

really obvious stuff that he likes you, he'll touch you unessasarily sometimes, smile at you, make a point to look at you until you see him, and he can just hang out aroundyou alot, talk to you etc.

always smileing at you,
or in that matter asking for your number.
signs of maybe not:

or he talks about how hot another girl is in front of you.

if a guy avoids you or makes excuses to get away from a crowd when you come around, he dosen't like you. But if he does, and he is not very confident about himself, then he will act very strange around you, kind of awkward like he dosen't know what to say, because most of the time, when aguy likes a girl, he will automatically think that she knows it, and he will start acting differnt around them, beacuse he thinks that everything he says will sound like a come-on to the girl. tHose are the basics for both of your inquiries, but each person varies on both subjects.
