More detail I need a little more detail. I am only 15, so i don't really have exercising machines. Is dancing a good exercise? What about aerobics? Thank you so much!

Dancing is good, high impact aerobics like Tae Bo is even better. Jogging, walking, sprinting.
4 or 5 clean meals throughout the day. Plenty of water and don't forget to grab plenty of sleep. You'll get there; just be persistent. ]
