okay lets cut to the chase. im fat. overweight. gross legs and arms, potbelly. i'm just fat. ive been doing the healthy weight loss thing for years now and i havent lost any weight
what are some ways to lose weight QUICKLY. health doesnt matter, if youre some kind of health activist dont answer the question.
ok first; you should join a fitness club or a gym! or if you really want to that badly, get a personal trainer to help you out. or if you can't do either of those, do push ups, situps, run, and be active!
second; eat right! yeah i know, it's no fun.. but i'm talking fruits, vegetables, and not very many sugars or carbs.
third; keep in mind that readings on scales DO vary from scale to scale.. so don't let the numbers on them freak you out.. good old fashioned dial scales work wayyy better then crappy digital ones. they're always changing and hardly EVER acurate. and if you're going to weigh yourself, don't think this is weird, but be undressed when you do it. if you're fully clothed, then subtract 2 pounds from your weight that appears on the scale. but don't take advantage of this, cause wearing a tank top and shorts isn't two pounds.. i mean like jeans, t-shirt, maybe a sweatshirt, is about 2 pounds. doing it naked works best because it's way more acurate and you won't risk lying to yourself by taking off two pounds when you only have shorts & a tshirt on. & never weigh yourself while wearing shoes!!!

-Health does matter
-You probably haven't been doing it right this whole time. Maybe it is because you lacked credible information; maybe it is because you're too ignorant to just be honest with yourself. Only you know that.
-Loss of quick weight = Even quicker weight gain
-You are operating under some HUGE delusion if you think you can get slim that fast.
-Those who bust their ass and have patience get the best results; and they actually keep them
-You really need to adjust your attitude/mindset if you are going to attack this problem with the proper energy.
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Tuesday January 2 2007, 9:08 pm: like other people said, exercise and try eating 5 small meals throughout the day. exercise is KEY to weight loss.
another good trick is that when you are hungry and looking for a healthy snack eat either celery or apples because they are negative calories. this means that it takes more calories to eat and digest then the food actually contains! i know exciting =] but don't live off celery and apples because that isn't good enough. just eat them when you need a snack.
since you are really overweight you will probably lose weight more quickly in the beginning and then start slowing down because your body will get used to your diet. so mix it up! eat more one week and less another that way you keep your body guessing.

But you'll look a lot smaller! Running outside is better, so find your local track or map out a course in your neighborhood!

The doctor told me that if i lost about fifty or sixty lbs then i wouldnt have to take medicine for this. So all i did was started drinking diet sodas instead of regular. and ate a little all during the day, instead of three big meals, that way it would never have time to settle. winteromancex answered Tuesday January 2 2007, 7:45 pm: Eat 5 small meals of no more than 250 calories or eat 1 mean of 200 cals, 2nd meal of 100 cals, and 3rd meal untill your full (however many cals that is. just make sure you dont eat like a whole box of pizza)make srue the meals are atleast 3 hours apart and then in less than a week you should be down atleast 5-10 pounds possibly more if your more overweight. Yes, this worked for me and i lost 10 pounds in a week.
