when i masterbrate and then get an orgasm do i HAVE to stop because i know people who go on for a while. Do they not get an orgasm until a while or do they get it but still keep going?

No you don't have to stop. Each person is different so I can't answer this as a general question. Those people that keep going could of already had an orgasm but kept it going. Or they just know how to tease their body and work themselves up to that point and take a moment then return to make the sensation even more powerfull, not sure if the the right choice of word. Or more intense, is a better way of saying it.

No.You can go for as long as you want,even after having an orgasm.It just might be a bit harder to handle.
