music onto phone

Question Posted Monday January 1 2007, 7:42 pm

I have a motorola razor v3m it is a camera/mp3/video phone. When I try to put music on it by plugging it in to the computer it doesn't find it as a storage device so I can't put music onto it. So does anyone know how to make my computer find it? thanks in advance

When you connect a new device to your computer it should automatically look for a driver for the device and once it finds the driver it will be available. In order to verify that, you could right click on my computer and go to manage. There look for Device Manager. If you see any yellow question marks then these devices don't have correct device drivers. You can try to right click on the yellow question marks and click update driver. Hopefully that helps a bit.

Question, is your mp3 player Itunes or V Cast Music? Im looking through Motorola FAQ and I almost have it but if you could just give me that information I can edit my question and tell you as soon as I figure it out. :]

Go to your My Computers folder and it should show up there as a connected device. If you see it there double click it and then under I guess there should be another file for music and drag in songs you want. Thats how it was for my phone. If it just doesn't connect at all then make sure it's in the right hole. If it still doesn't then go to the manual or store.
