ok haha would you mind explaining some of those to me and how long do i do those for?

the scissor leg lifts... put your hands under your butt and look up (like lift your head off the ground.) then up your legs up in the air and lower one at a time (alternate) and i usually count one one two, two one two, three one two...
toe dips... lay on your back like you are sitting and put your hands behind your head then dip your toes down till its 2 inches off the floor (count the same as the other one)
bike crunches... do them slow.. count if needed and just like switch legs. <3
