Vegetarian Recipes Does anyone know any vegetarian recipes? My New Years Resolution is to lose 30-50 pounds this year and I decided to ear healthier. And to eat healthier, I decided to do some information on vegetarianism. But I couldn't really find any real good recipes. So if anyone could find a link to it, please, copy and paste it. Please don't tell me to google it.
Thank you.

GO VEGITERIANISM!
Here are some simple things to start you off...
Green salads are very healthy. Choose lots of greens & baby greens, all the vegitables you love and top it off with an Italian or oil and viniger dressing. NO CEASAR SALAD DRESSING. IT HAS ANCHOVIES IN IT!
Try some yummy ToFu dishes. There are many complicated ones but here is a simple one:
Frie up some tofu on some pam pan spray and use some sauce of your choice, I use a mushroom spicey sauce but you can do whatever. Then steam some whole grain rice, brocolie, and peas. Chop up the brocolie small and mix it all together.

Being a vegetarian is not just a choice you make when you wake up in the morning.
its a lifestyle.
don't call yourself vegetarian just because you want to lose weight.
sorry if I sound mean but I hate when people are like this and really once your done with all that weight then you might start eating meat again.
So really you have to live by it your whole life.
Since you have eaten meat for your whole life
you won't be able to be vegetarian anyways. ]
I know cookbooks.
Vegan with a Vengeance. The Garden of Vegan (or anything with Sarah Kramer). there's also a good yet-unnamed one coming out in february.
I also know tons of juicy preparation details. If you ever find a recipe that you can't figure out you can send it to me and I'll simplify it for you keeping your tastes in mind. I can also take any recipe and cut out the fat for you. I've been vegetarian since last April and vegan since August. My recipes are almost all vegan, but I know some vegetarian foods.
Final suggestion. Don't just do it to lose weight (because initially you'll gain weight, but you'll end up losing more and being healthier in the long run). If you feel like being a vegetarian load yourself up on information because you're going to get a lot of shit that will make you feel really bad. You might not want to be a vegetarian anymore, but if you constantly alternate between hard vegetarian things (like videos about the food industry and books) and fun vegetarian things (like making 8 bathces of brownies in a day to perfect your recipe like I did yesterday) you'll do fine. ]

Ah yes- the coveted one who makes New Years resolutions to lose weight...I love you people- you keep me in business.
Not for nothing...but you would really get so many results instantly if you just typed it into Google.
Start off your resolution by doing some finger exercising and punch the necessary keys into Google....hey it burns calories :-)
Lighten up...it's a New Year, just a chuckle.
Serious advice- Look into someone named Bill Pearl's diets and exercise programs- he's been a lacto-ovovegetarian for over 40 years. ]
