in the question below me it says that only level 2 and up Mods can see who posted the question... what does that mean? is their any way that i can send you a question that no one else can see?

Everyone will be able to see the question you sent me, since it goes on my column anyone is able to read to. Leave 2 Mods and up are able to see what your column name is, but everyone else can't.
