I can't tell you who to choose because if you like someone, you like them and end of story. You already turned down T and he still seems to be lingering on you. Don't give him hopes by going out with him out of pity.

W and your bff are GOING OUT TOGETHER. You should respect taht and when they break up, your bff might not want you to go out with W...understand that.

If you plan on going out with W when he breaks up with you rbff, i suggest you ask your bff if that's all right. If it is, go out with him. If she isnt, give her some time and ask her again.

wow now thats drama!!! well lets start off with t. Set him up straight and tell him that you do not like him and never will. limit your conversations with him and he will eventually get the message and leave you alone. now for the dramatic part. Talk to your best friend. If she is truly your bff she will understand and help you as much as she can. But please do not flirt with the guy you like. That will ruin your friendship with your bff forever. She will think that you care more about being with him than being friends with her. Try to move on, and respect your bff's relationship. If you are truly her friend you will not jepordize her relationship with her bf. After all, if you were dating him, you wouldnt like it if your bff tried to steal him from you. So try to get over him, because guys come and go but true friends are forever. I wish u the best of luck in this hard situation. Remember think: who do you care more about: your bff or her bf? Tell me how it went!!!

Edit: If she is not that good of a friend and you do not need her in your life, then go ahead and try to win him. After all, if he is a better friend, and you like him more, there is no reason that you should feel bad for wanting him. All is fair in love and war!!! By the way, if she is mean and steal from you, you have no reason to be bff with her. The bad overcomes the good. You deserve a better bff!!!!
