ok so when you search on google, you can choose previous searches from the drop down menu. how do you make it dissapear. like for the search engine not to remember what you searched for, so it wont appear in the drop down menu.
example: say i frequently search "cats" in google. when i type in a "c" everything that starts with that letter that i search for shows up. how do i make it disapear?

Heres the right way to do it;
[I'm gonna use your example of "cats"]
1- Scroll down to "cat" with your up and down arrow keys. Get the word highlighted.
2- Hit the delete button on your keyboard.
3- Do that to every word you want deleted.

leLovely answered Friday December 29 2006, 4:39 pm: Type in the first couple of letters of what you want to be deleted, and when it shows up just put your mouse over it (don't click it) and press the "delete" key on your keyboard. It should
disappear. =] [ leLovely's advice column | Ask leLovely A Question ]
