I think it`s totally rude that yall kissed & she broke up with you the next day! I can totally understand that she was your first kiss, so it means something special. As for now, just continue to be friends. Don`t be pushy about the relationship. [I`m a girl & I can tell you -- girls HATE that!!]
She basically told you how she feels, she`s not ready for a relationship. So you have to RESPECT that. If you like her as much as you say you do, I`m sure you can wait, and just continue to be on a friends level. Show her how much she means to you, and eventually she`ll come RUNNING back! If she continues to lead you on, because I`m sorry to say that`s what she`s doing, you should just call it off. Although it will be hard, you don`t need a girl to run your life. Haha girls suck sometimes.
