hey, well your teeth with be a little yellow. they will probably be able to smell it in your breath, on you, and your clothes too. so before you go make sure you brushed your teeth, took a shower, and changed your clothes. thats only if you dont want them to know. they wont say anything to you because they cant tell you not to smoke. its none of their business. they also cant tell your parents. your information is private and can only be discussed between you and the dentist. good luck =].

might be able to, probably wouldnt care. plus, im pretty sure doctor/patient confidentiality applies, so they wouyldnt be able to tell your parents.

Well, if you smoke incessantly then your teeth might be a little yellow and they can probably smell the smoke breath thing
